This account punches on a phone — not on the Desk website. Super Admin issues a mobile number and a one-time PIN.
PEMA Duty is a staff time clock for drivers and monitors. After you sign in with phone and PIN, one screen shows On duty / Off duty, your role, GPS status, distance to the 600 Madison St, Suite 500 office, a live timer, and this week’s hours.
The app uses your location only when you punch in or out. Clock-in is denied unless GPS is on and you are at the PEMA office on Madison Street in Worcester. We do not track you in the background.
PEMA Transportation LLC stores your name, mobile number, PIN hash, and punch records (time, role, GPS fix, distance to the office) so payroll and the On duty board stay accurate. Tokens live on your phone. Super Admin can rotate your PIN. Questions: hr@pematransportation.com.
