Support riders who need supervision during transport to appointments and day programs.
Ride monitors travel with PEMA drivers to support riders who need extra attention during transport.
You will help with boarding, stay attentive throughout the trip, communicate with drivers and dispatch, and help riders feel safe and respected.
What we’re looking for
- Patient, calm presence with seniors and special-needs riders
- Ability to assist with boarding and in-ride supervision
- Clear communication with drivers, families, and dispatch
- Reliable transportation to PEMA staging / route start points
